I’m Will Perry, a senior IT engineer based in Cheltenham. I’ve spent 15+ years working across support, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, troubleshooting and project work, and I still enjoy the hands-on side of IT.
I wanted this site to feel a bit more human than a normal CV. So alongside the work side of things, there’s also some of what I’m into outside work — building PCs, Warhammer 40K, climbing, board games, and time with family and friends.

Intune, Autopilot, Windows deployment, application packaging, compliance policies and device lifecycle support.

2nd/3rd line support, troubleshooting, process improvement, vendor coordination and hands-on technical delivery.
